Aria animation

While Aria might just seem like a weird animation at first glance, there is actually a deeper meaning behind it. This could be as general as the meaning of life or as simple as the importance of family. In the general terms, Butterfly learns her meaning of life after sailor Pinkerton impregnates her. After she gives birth, her life turns around when she spreads her love to her son. Near the end of the video, the audience gets a sense of the simpler meaning. After sailor Pinkerton and the other woman take her son away, she becomes heartbroken and realizes that her only escape from the pain is death. This illustrates the importance of family, specifically her son, in her life.
